Honouring the past, building the future
A one-stop solution for all building activities — from ground-up construction to the finest finishing touch, regardless of scale or complexity.
About GRAS
GRAS Building carries forward a legacy of excellence rooted in decades of experience through its predecessor companies — Daw Al Naeem Technical Services and Rukn Al Ghubaiba Electromechanical Contracting LLC, both under the ownership of Tariq Sohail.
That legacy is now brought together under GRAS Building — a one-stop solution for all building activities, from ground-up construction to the finest finishing touch, regardless of scale or complexity.
Today GRAS is a full-service contractor offering construction, renovation, fit-out, architectural design, MEP, ELV and home automation under one roof — proud to honour the past while building the future.

We build with purpose — combining decades of craftsmanship with the technology of tomorrow.
